Cancellation Policy
(i) Right of withdrawal:
The User shall have a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, in whole or in part, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with applicable law. Once this period has expired, Longevitas Labs will not accept returns for withdrawal of product purchases. In any case, in the event of withdrawal from the purchase, the following requirements must be met:
• The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
• The product must not have been used.
• Returns to Longevitas Labs must be made using the same box or envelope used for delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition. Depending on where the order was placed, there are two return methods:
RETURN METHOD FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE INPUT AND BALEARIC ISLANDS: For orders sent to the INPUT and the Balearic Islands, Longevitas Labs facilitates the return of part or all of the products in the order. In this case, to make the return, the customer must:
1. Contact Longevitas Labs by sending an email to info@longevitaslabs.com, with the subject "Return of order number XXXX", indicating ALL the following information:
• the order number
• the products that are returned
• the reason for the return• the address where the dresses were collected and by Longevitas Labs
• the name of the contact person and their telephone number
2. Longevitas Labs will send a shipping agency to collect the item from the indicated location. The agency will attempt collection a maximum of three times and will contact the contact person in case of any incident. If delivery is not successful on all these attempts, the customer must follow the established method for orders under €100, as described below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the customer wishes to send the items themselves, they must follow the instructions below for orders placed outside the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
RETURN METHOD FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS:
For orders placed outside the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, to return one or more products that have been returned, the customer must:
1. Contact Longevitas Labs by sending an email to info@longevitaslabs.com, indicating the order number, the products you are returning, and the shipping company through which they will be sent.

RETURN COSTS:
Depending on the return method: Orders shipped to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands: the collection and return fee is €5 (FIVE EUROS), which will be charged when the customer is refunded. If the customer prefers, they can also send the return at their own expense, in which case Longevitas Labs will not charge any amount. Orders placed outside the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands: the customer will assume the return shipping costs in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal.
(ii) Return of defective products and incorrect shipments
Without prejudice to any other rights that may apply, the User shall be entitled to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered if they do not match the order placed by the User. Alternatively, the User shall have the right to request and receive an identical product in perfect condition. In any case:
• The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
• The product must not have been used.
• Returns to Longevitas Labs must be made using the same box or envelope used for delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.
• Longevitas Labs may request that the customer send photos or any other proof that the product is defective or that the shipment is incorrect.
RETURN METHOD IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS:
In the event of returning defective products or products that do not correspond to your order to Longevitas Labs, the procedure to follow will be as follows: 1. Contact Longevitas Labs by sending an email to info@longevitaslabs.com, indicating:
• in the subject of the message “Defective Product” or “Wrong Shipment” as the case may be
• the order number
• which product(s) are defective or have been sent in error
• Contact details for the collection of incorrect or defective products (name, address and contact telephone number).
1. Longevitas Labs will be responsible for sending its associated transport agency to collect the defective or incorrect product, at no cost to the customer. Provided that the User has followed the procedure established in this section (ii) and the requirements established in these General Conditions have been met, Longevitas Labs will refund the price paid corresponding to the returned products that are defective or that do not correspond to the product order placed by the User, in accordance with the provisions of section (iii) below.
(iii) Refund of the price of the products to the User:
Provided that the User has followed the procedure established in these General Terms and Conditions and the requirements established therein have been met, Longevitas Labs will refund the price paid by the User for the returned products. In the event that the return is made in exercise of the User's right of withdrawal described in section (i), Longevitas Labs will not pay or cover the return expenses and/or costs, charging the customer for the collection service if they choose this return method. The User will not be entitled to a refund of the price of returned products that are not in the same condition as when delivered, or that do not meet the requirements established in these General Terms and Conditions. Partial returns of an order will result in a refund of the price corresponding to the product or products actually returned. Longevitas Labs will process the refund order using the same payment system used by the User to purchase the products, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the returned order and once Longevitas Labs has verified that the products being returned meet the requirements set forth in sections (i) and (ii) above. The application of the refund to the User's account will depend on the banking institution.
CUSTOMER NOTE: When checking whether the refund has been processed correctly, please check both the account and the card used to make the payment.
