Longevitas Labs, SL, in application of the current regulations on the protection of personal data, informs that the personal data collected through the forms on the website: www.longevitas.es, are included in the specific automated files of users of the services of Longevitas Labs, SL
The collection and automated processing of personal data is intended to maintain the business relationship and to carry out information, training, consulting and other activities of Longevitas Labs, SL.

Data collected by users of the services
In cases where the user includes files containing personal data on the shared hosting servers, Longevitas Labs, SL is not responsible for the user's non-compliance with the GDPR.
Data retention in accordance with the LSSI
Longevitas Labs, SL informs you that, as a data hosting service provider and pursuant to the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains for a maximum period of 12 months the essential information to identify the origin of the hosted data and the time at which the service began. The retention of this data does not affect the confidentiality of communications and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or to safeguard public security, making it available to judges and/or courts or the Ministry that so requires.
Data will be communicated to the State Forces and Corps in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on personal data protection.
Intellectual property rights www.longevitas.es
Longevitas Labs, SL owns all copyrights, intellectual and industrial property rights, know-how, and any other rights related to the content of the website www.longevitaslabs.com and the services offered therein, as well as the programs required for its implementation and related information.
Reproduction, publication and/or use of the contents, in whole or in part, of the website www.longevitaslabs.com, other than strictly private, is prohibited without prior written consent.
Intellectual property of software
The user must respect the third-party programs made available to them by Longevitas Labs, SL, even if they are free and/or publicly available.
Longevitas Labs, SL holds the necessary intellectual property and exploitation rights to the software.
The user does not acquire any rights or licenses for the contracted service, over the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor over the technical information for monitoring the service, except for the rights and licenses necessary for the fulfillment of the contracted services and only for the duration of the same.
For any action that exceeds the fulfillment of the contract, the user will need written authorization from Longevitas Labs, SL. The user is prohibited from accessing, modifying, viewing the configuration, structure and files of the servers owned by Longevitas Labs, SL, assuming civil and criminal liability arising from any incident that may occur in the servers and security systems as a direct consequence of negligent or malicious action on their part.
Intellectual property of the hosted content
Any use of the services provided by Longevitas Labs that violates intellectual property laws is prohibited.
SL and, in particular:
• Any use that is contrary to Spanish law or infringes the rights of third parties.
• The publication or transmission of any content that, in the opinion of Longevitas Labs, SL, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic or defamatory.
• Cracks, program serial numbers, or any other content that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• The collection and/or use of personal data of other users without their express consent or in violation of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
• Using the domain's mail server and email addresses to send unsolicited bulk email.
The user bears full responsibility for the content of their website, the information transmitted and stored, hyperlinks, third-party claims, and legal actions regarding intellectual property, third-party rights, and the protection of minors.
The user is responsible for all applicable laws and regulations and rules relating to the operation of the online service, e-commerce, copyright, public order, and universal principles of Internet use.
The user shall indemnify Longevitas Labs, SL for any expenses incurred by the attribution of Longevitas Labs, SL in any case for which the user is responsible, including legal fees and expenses, even in the event of a non-final court decision.
Protection of hosted information
Longevitas Labs, SL makes backup copies of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the complete restoration of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period since the last backup.
The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the replacement of content stored in backup copies made by Longevitas Labs, SL, when this loss is attributable to the user. In this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, subject to the user's consent.
The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to Longevitas Labs, SL.
Commercial communications
Pursuant to the LSSI, Longevitas Labs, SL will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means unless previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.
In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, Longevitas Labs, SL is authorized to send commercial communications regarding Longevitas Labs, SL products or services that are similar to those initially contracted with the client.
In any case, after proving their identity, the user may request that they not receive further commercial information through Customer Service channels.
