WOMEN'S 360 FORMULA combines the power of a concentrate of ultra-high-quality and pure whey protein, which supports muscle and structural health, with Creapure® Creatine, recognized for its efficacy and purity, to support physical and mental performance and recovery after the most demanding days.

The formula includes magnesium bisglycinate,which helps reduce feelings of tiredness and maintain normal muscle function
. It is accompanied by amino acids such as glycine, lysine, glutamine, proline, and tryptophan, which complete the structural and metabolic support.

In addition, vitamin C, CoQ10, and manganese contribute to a more efficient energy metabolism.

For visible care from within that is reflected on the outside, it incorporates hyaluronic acid, astaxanthin, and vitamins A and E, along with zinc, a set of nutrients designed to nourish and protect the skin.

The flaxseed provides essential fatty acids and fiber, reinforced with Inavea™ baobab, a natural ingredient that promotes intestinal transit. It also includes lactase, to improve digestion and tolerance.

Designed to support you at every stage of life, this formula integrates classic plant extracts for female balance: chasteberry (Vitex), sage, black cohosh, angelica, Sensoril® ashwagandha, damiana, and mugwort.

Its action is completed by supporting the microbiota thanks to MEGAFLORA 9 EVO® and VGA-1 (mixtures of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) which provide live bacteria in every serving.

All this in a powder format of 20 g per serving (or 40 g for the most demanding), ready to mix with your favorite liquid and easily integrate into your daily routine.

For people with greater physical wear and tear, two scoops (40 g) are recommended.

Forest fruit flavor:Take dissolved in 200ml of water or the liquid of your choice (milk, plant-based milk, juices, etc.) It is best to mix it in a shaker, shaking vigorously so that all the ingredients mix well.

Best on an empty stomach or after training. Satiating feeling due to its protein content.

When will I notice the benefits?

By taking the FÓRMULA MUJER 360 daily and combining it with training and good nutrition, many women start to notice changes  in 1–2 weeks: better recovery after exercise and more sustained energy. 

In 4–8 weeks, with consistency, progress is usually noticeable in strength and muscle mass, as well as a more stable rest and greater mental clarity.

Goals that require more time—Joint comfort, balance during hormonal changes 40+and skin care from within—are usually perceived between 6–12 weeks.

Digestive and transit improvement can be noticed sooner, around 1–3 weeks. The times are indicative and may vary depending on each person, their starting point, and regularity of use.
